When I was updating the event schedule through July, I noticed a few partial-run acts already have their dates posted. Albannach will be back 9/13-14 and Larksong will be at the festival 8/30-9/1, 9/27, 10/11, and 10/18-19. (more after the cut...)
Calling attention to this explicitly for the folks who only browse the local events (cause it's going to show up in non-local but it still might be of interest for folks deciding between local theme parks). Ken Silkie (aka Bob da Vinci) will be performing at Busch Gardens Williamsburg Fridays through Sundays from May 9th through June 1st. Not only will Bob be there in the Italian area, but also expect to see his relatives: Trapper Bob in "New France", Pinocchio and Geppetto in the Rhineland/Festhaus area, and Julius Caesar and Patheticus in the Escape from Pompeii area.
I haven't yet incorporated the new-and-improved Crafters listing into the Events schedule, so let me promote this event right here. Today, Saturday, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dancing Pig Pottery and Allen Ye Printmaker will be at the studio of Art of Fire (Foster and Theda et al.) in Laytonsville, Maryland, as part of the Countryside Artisans Tour. Go to the site. They have an excellent Google Maps implementation to show you where every studio on the tour is, if you wish to partake.
